My intention in writing these articles and blogs is to promote a functional approach to rehabilitation and training, and to encourage trainers and sports-medicine practitioners to incorporate these evidence based principles into their regimes. The aim is to provide comprehensive information about assessing and activating functional stabilization patterns in individuals.  

DNS* plays an important part in both how I practice my Chiropractic and the way I am training myself and others. I will not teach DNS on this site but will explain how it works and its applications in both therapy and training.
